| Description: | Container for information related to an attestation, e.g., a legislative measure's passage and certification of authenticity for a particular chamber. An attestation may (and usually does) begin with the date of the attestation, which is generated. This date represents the date (legislative and/or calendar) on which a measure is passed and the chamber that passed it and can be generated from the chamber and a system date. | |||
