Element Name: paragraph
Description: A hierarchical structure of a measure. This level is contained directly with subsections. Levels contained within paragraphs are subparagraphs, clauses, subclauses, items, and subitems. Subparagraphs are normally enumerated with a numeric values within parentheses (e.g., (1)).
